VACANCY: Personal Assistant to The MD/CEO of multifaceted company in PH

JOB DESCRIPTION: Personal Assistant required to assist in the day to day running of a growing multifaceted company;

JOB SCOPE/RESPONSIBIlITIES:
Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing;
Arranging travel, accommodation and, occasionally, travelling to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations;
Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handing them when appropriate;
Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
Dealing with incoming mails, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the MD;
Carrying out research and present finidings; Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
Organising meetings and ensuring the MD is well prepared for meetings;
Dealing with clients, suppliers and other staff;
Carrying out specific projects and research or executing or supervising the execution of work projects/research;
Accounts and budget, book keeping and record keeping;
Taking some of the MD's responsibilities and working closely with partners and with other staff;
Deputise for the MD and making decisions;
Being involved in decision making;
Be part of company social media team and contribute to post on page;
Being involved in marketing company products and brand;

PERSONAL SKILLS:
Exceptional written and oral communication skills; 
Excellent word processing and IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages;
Good organisational and time management skills;
Ability to research, digest, analyse and present material clearly and concisely;
Excellent interpersonal skills;
Ability to work on own initiative;
Honesty and reliability;
Attention to details;
Ability to work extra hours if need be, or to meet deadlines;
Discretion and an understanding of confidential issues;
Driving skill is an advantage.
