US Deputy Secretary of State, Antony Blinken told reporters on Friday that the United State, which is flying drones over northeast Nigeria, from Cameroun, did not see Boko Haram as defeated. He agreed that the terrorist group have been degraded, noting its link to the Islamic State group as well as reports that Boko Haram fighters are fighting alongside their Jihadist counterparts in Libya.
