The minister for information, Mr. Lai Mohammed did apply for a N13 million loan from the National Broadcasting Commission, to embark on an official trip for him and his entourage. And he is serving under a government fighting corruption and asking citizens to tighten their belts under an unfavourable economic conditions owing to dwindling oil revenue.
