See why a fitness regime is important

Wendy Ida of California is 64 but has the physique of a 30-year-old and looks younger than her own daughter.
The size 6 grandmother -of-three puts in two hours of workout at the gym. She started working out at the age of 43 and does cardio at the gym, run at home, salsa dancing, hip hop and body building.

She is a personal trainer who likes helping women to get back their confidence. Not just women, helps men to get in shape too, like her 54 year old husband.

Wow, great for a 64 year old woman. Inspiring.
