George Clooney has this to say of Bill Murray's friendship

Actor George Clooney on being friends with Bill Murray says Bill Murray is oddly emotional. He is incredibly warm and emotional.

Murray attended Clooney's wedding to Amal Alamuddin in Venice, Italy in 2014, where he gave a toast. Clooney making reference to Murray's toast at the wedding said that was elegant and beautiful and warm and he is such a loving individual.

Clooney has hung out with Murray in Italy on many occassions after then. They have a loose tradition of spending time at Clooney's Lake Como Villa each summer. The actor describes how actor Murray would call to say he was at his gate in Italy and he goes down to see him there, after not having contact in weeks and how they both bunked together while recording Fantastic Mr. Fox
