Must read: Analysis of Currency deal from a critic

Many Nigerians think the Yuan deal is perfect at this time of economic hardship as exhibited by this fb post. Critics have their worries which cannot be ignored.  Below article is a response to the fb post.

Signing a trade agreement with China, viz and viz, direct currency exchange taking out dollar from the middle is a strategic move by this government if fully implemented.

My friend, Frank Eze should not come and confuse and manipulate the already exhausted Nigerians with figures of exchange rate as shared in here. I considered this as another propaganda of the highest level. Nigerians should not be deceived by this kind. It's nothing but a play of figures. The standard of things haven't changed.

Like I have noted and commended, the action remain strategic and play of international politics. Nigeria as the biggest and most powerful market in Africa, if we are able to absorb the effect from America payback, then muscle with them while carrying the likes of South Africa, Ghana, Egypt, and many other countries along, the effects on America dominated system will be obvious. Those who understand international politics will know that, Gaddafi didn't commit the leadership errors our Nigeria leaders have been committing but this kind of muscle with America. The only way we can survive this move is to take America off our line even in terms of any assistance. We must let them know that, they need us as we need them. They send our people out there, we send away theirs too. We don't parade companies in America like they do here. The fear always is uncalled for. Abacha survived it PMB will with our supports.

However, this move does not mean, China phone that is presently costing us N2,000 will drop. This clarification became necessary to educate and throw more light to the reality on ground. Please, note Nigeria - China currency exchange rate has not change. What has happened will only reduce the pressure on the dollar which Obama and his anti Nigeria will always frown at. The demand will drastically reduce as those in the black market can go and burry themselves with the dollar they are hiding.

My friend and his co propagandists shouldn't come up with this kind. We must all join hands to support our President by way of telling him the truth. The living conditions is of the downfall slope. Things are very difficult. If things are very ok with the Buharists, they should come to the help of some others like us who aren't finding easy to get square mean a day.
