The minister for Youth and Sports , Mr Solomon Dalung actually thought he was in Gongola State and not Adamawa. He probably forgot that Gongola State don't exist anymore or his knowledge of current affairs may be poor. This gives serious concern for the quality of President Buhari's ministers.
