World bank taking register of poor in Nigeria?

President Buhari media aide, Mr. Garba Shehu did post a series of messages on the social media, informing the public what the presidency is doing. This part caught our attention, N5000 for the unemployed.

Mr Garba tweeted that "the World Bank has begun conducting a Social Register on poor & vulnerable people in Nigeria, by going to the 4 poorest LGA..."

"... And the. The 4 poorest communities in those poorest local govt areas."

"About 7-8 states have been completed already"

"Now the Presidency is working with the World Bank and Bill Gates Foundation on hw to identify the  people to be paid N5000"

Now for us, identifying the people to be paid N5000 is the real deal...... The government should look out for ghost names and those who will open workchop from this process.
