See the American charged to court by EFCC over $2.3 million fraud

Mr Seam Marco Ramirez , an American, was on Monday (18th April, 2016) arraigned before Justice Peter Affen of Federal High Court sitting in Maitama, Abuja, along with his company, Eagle Food LLC , on eight count charge of obtaining $2.3 million by tricks.

The American was charged for allegedly defrauding Ejikeme Mgbemena and Frank Egbon, with the promise of getting the U.S green card for their family members who are below 18 years under the Citizens and Immigration Services Employment Based Fifth Preference (EB-5).
